Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst for the Orthopaedics Supply Chain Deliver Team in Bridgewater, MA. This on-site role supports the Value Added Service Center and the Mooresville Distribution Center, driving end-to-end process improvements with a focus on Commercial and Supply Chain partners.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in supply chain, strong data analysis using Excel and Power BI, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Supply chain experience in planning, order fulfillment, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or project management.
Strong data analysis skills with root-cause/trending and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

Partner across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Deliver to support regional initiatives and drive performance.
Mine and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and implement solutions.
Drive Deliver setup and execution processes to support new product introductions and quarterly planning.
Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, and Deliver to support customer experience improvements.
Lead advanced projects to improve supply chain efficiency and act as Deliver SME.
