Job summary

You will apply Lean principles and data analytics to drive improvements, partner with IT, quality, planning, and operations, and help standardize processes for safe, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution. This role supports daily performance routines and strategic projects with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse operations, logistics analytics, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS, project mgmt, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warehouse performance dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor tools to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, IT, Quality, Planning, and Finance to implement improvements.
• Create standard work, SOPs, and training materials to sustain results.
