Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the adult criminal justice system.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a specialized caseload of high-risk parolees and probationers.
• Performs investigations, casework and administrative services.
• Collaborates with probationer, district, and community resources to develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prepare Pre-sentence Investigations, sentencing guidelines, and other reports as assigned in a timely manner.
• Testify and provide sentencing recommendations to the court/attorney.
• Coaching and mentoring of all line probation officers, covering vacancies, providing training for new staff, and reviewing presentence reports for the district.
