Qualifications

• Experience supervising adults under probation, parole, or post-release supervision.
• Familiarity with criminal justice processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to document, testify, and provide professional sentencing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to adults under probation and post-release supervision.
• Develop individualized supervision plans using validated tools.
• Use motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques.
• Coordinate with treatment providers, employers, and community organizations.
• Conduct home and community visits as needed.
• Prepare pre-sentence investigations and progress reports; testify in court.
