Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience and skill in individual counseling and casework with adults.

• Capable of independent judgement and action; able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to probationers with intensive and regular supervision.
• Assess criminogenic and treatment needs; apply evidence-based practices to promote change.
• Collaborate with district and community resources to develop treatment plans.
• Oversee Drug Court and Recovery Support Group activities and recording.
