Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a driven salesperson to grow Private Wealth Solutions across intermediary channels. You will manage the Chicago, Minnesota, and Wisconsin territory, pursuing new prospects and supporting Financial Advisors with market insight and product solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services sales with strong relationships in wirehouses and broker-dealers, plus Series 6/7 and 63, a finance/business/communication background, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services sales with strong relationships in Wirehouses and Independent Broker Dealers.
• Private markets experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or Communication.
• Series 6 or 7 and 63 required with a clean U4.
• Strong communication skills; in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Excellent priority management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Chicago/Minnesota/Wisconsin Territory, including prospecting.
• High level of sales activity with face-to-face meetings, video, and calls.
• Coordinate with senior team for internal/external prospect meetings.
• Leverage relationships to drive immediate production.
