Job summary

Hamilton Lane seeks an Internal Wholesaler to expand our national client base in the Wirehouse channel. You will prospect new clients, manage distribution relationships, and coordinate meetings while supporting regional business plans to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of experience in distribution or sales.
• Knowledge of FINRA Series 7 (internal) and distribution channels is preferred.
• Strong phone and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective plans/presentations to targeted audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and grow the assigned territory.
• Manage distribution relationships and facilitate selling efforts.
