Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to grow new business and strengthen distribution relationships within a defined U.S. territory. You will drive client outreach, collaboration with external partners, and use CRM tools to report on sales activity and pipeline development.

The role emphasizes prospecting, meeting coordination, and delivering value-added ideas to reach national sales targets in the Wirehouse channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Internal Series7 license or ability to obtain.
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and grow relationships within the assigned territory.
• Support national sales goals and develop relationships across the United States, focusing on the Wirehouse channel.
• Coordinate meetings and respond to client inquiries; manage activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to meet sales targets and ensure compliance.
