Competenze

• 4–8 years of private markets valuation experience, including illiquid investments.
• Deep understanding of ASC 820 fair value measurement principles and governance.
• Experience reviewing/challenging third-party valuation reports and supporting audits.
• Strong technical and data skills to improve valuation and operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Flexible, self-directed, and able to work in team environments.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary valuation analyst for a portfolio of 50+ private investments.
• Lead oversight of third-party valuation providers and related governance.
• Build comprehensive valuation models from fundamental research and financials.
• Review SPAs, LPAs, Charters, and M&A filings for rights and terms valuation.
• Prepare and present fair value recommendations to Pricing Committee and auditors.
• Stay current on SEC and regulatory fair value requirements.
• Support valuation processes for new evergreen funds and LP interests.
