Wellington Management seeks a Senior Analyst to execute and support all operational activities in private credit and real estate deal execution and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with investment valuation, fund services, legal, tax, and IT to integrate data into a new private credit operating model.

The role emphasizes developing robust processes, controls, and data oversight while supporting regulatory compliance and timely asset servicing across multiple strategies.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of end‑to‑end lifecycle support for private credit and real estate investments.
• Experience reviewing private loan documents for key terms and data points.
• Knowledge of fund concepts across investment grade private placements and real estate lending.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel macros and AI.

Responsabilités

• Support loan administration for multiple private credit and real estate strategies.
• Assist portfolio management and legal teams with deal closings and coordination.
• Oversee daily operations at external service providers for asset servicing.
• Analyze credit/note purchase agreements to identify operational data needs.
• Monitor investment guidelines and pre/post-trade compliance.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies daily to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with investment teams to update security ratings and documents.
• Help document processes, controls, and governance across portfolios.
• Produce ad hoc and standard data reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and technology implementations.
