Job summary

Clearstead Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Private Market Operations team across complex reporting and onboarding for alternative investments. You will own data accuracy in Arch and portfolio systems, lead daily and quarterly workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client reporting.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership, with hybrid work flexibility after orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• 3+ years in financial services or wealth management operations.
• Experience with alternative or private market investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; details-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead key operational processes across daily, monthly, and quarterly workflows.
• Own onboarding, setup, and maintenance of portfolio accounting data.
• Maintain data integrity across feeds and reconciliation processes.
• Process transactions, reconciliations, and NAV updates with custodians.
• Produce monthly and quarterly private markets reporting for clients.
• Mentor Operations Analysts and document procedures for improvements.
• Support audits, compliance requests, and cross-team initiatives.
