Legacy Search Advisors seeks an Investor Operations Analyst to join its growing alternative investments team in Baltimore County. This role blends accounting, investor relations, and operations to support the day-to-day needs of a large investor base.

You will handle investor inquiries, maintain records and portals, support onboarding, and prepare internal reports, collaborating with accounting and operations to ensure timely, accurate deliverables in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Experience in financial services, fund administration, or related client services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day resource for investor inquiries and communications.
• Maintain investor records, CRM databases, and investor portals.
• Support investor onboarding and ensure accurate maintenance of investor information.
• Compile, review, and evaluate investor data for internal reporting.
• Manage shared inboxes and coordinate timely responses to investor requests.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations on document postings and client deliverables.
• Maintain organized documentation and improve recordkeeping processes.
