Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in private markets, fund structuring, product development, or a closely related area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the U.S. Private Markets business strategy across registered fund structures and wealth distribution channels.
• Coordinate discussions with distribution channels and internal stakeholders across tax, legal, and regulatory topics.
• Design and implement U.S. tax-aware product structures and solutions.
• Support the technical design of new products and innovations in response to regulatory developments and market changes.
• Support expansion of product capabilities including multi-strategy co-investment solutions.
• Monitor progress across ideation, product formation, distribution, and future evolution; escalate roadblocks.
