Wellington Management Company LLP is seeking a Senior Private Investment Services Analyst to manage private investment operations across lifecycle events, capital calls, distributions, and GP reporting. The role coordinates with Legal, Investors, Trading, and back-office teams to ensure accurate books and records while overseeing private fund of funds activity and external vendors.

You will optimize processes, enhance workflows, and implement supporting technology.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of private investments, including deal execution and lifecycle events.
• Deep understanding of private investment concepts across asset classes.
• Experience with private equity & credit tech tools and fund accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute private deal lifecycle components including deal approval and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on deal approvals and actions.
• Analyze legal documents to operationalize deals and track covenants.
