Qualifications

• 4–7 years supporting end-to-end lifecycle of private equity, real estate, evergreen, and secondaries investments.
• Experience reviewing private investment legal documents and transaction lifecycle events.
• Technical skills to improve processes (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel macros & AI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute components of the private equity deal lifecycle focused on deal approval and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and private issuers on lifecycle processes.
• Analyze legal documents to operationalize deals and track covenants/restrictions.
• Oversee reconciliations and ensure accurate investment records daily.
• Develop processes and systems to support new funds and asset classes.
