Wellington Management seeks a Senior Analyst, Private Equity Operations, to manage operational activities across the private investment lifecycle. You will coordinate with legal, investors, trading, fund services, valuations, and back-office teams to ensure accurate deal execution and reporting.

The role emphasizes fund accounting, NAV accuracy, and overseeing external vendors. Applicants should bring 4–7 years of private market experience and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in end-to-end private equity lifecycle support.
• Experience with private fund structures and LP reporting.
• Knowledge of deal execution, custody, and corporate actions.
• Strong fund accounting and NAV awareness.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute private deal lifecycle including approval, execution, and corporate actions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Investors, Trading, Fund Services & Back-office teams.
• Track covenants and position changes for new and existing deals.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and GP reporting for private fund of funds.
• Review GP reporting and reconcile with Wellington’s books.
• Improve processes and manage vendor relationships.
