Wellington Management Company LLP is a leading private investment manager seeking a Senior Analyst, Private Equity Operations, to manage the private investment lifecycle, including deal approval, execution, and liquidity events.

You will coordinate with legal, investors, trading, and back-office teams, and supervise private placement vendors while ensuring data accuracy and robust controls.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years supporting end-to-end lifecycle of private investments incl. PE, real estate, evergreen and secondaries.
• Broad private investment concepts across equity, credit, real estate, evergreen, secondaries, fund of funds, and PIPEs.
• Experience with industry tech for private equity & credit: Dynamo, EDGAR, SEC.gov, IVP, Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Execute all components of the private deal lifecycle, incl. approvals, execution, IPOs, and actions.
• Coordinate deal approvals with private issuers and internal teams (Legal, Investors, Trading, Fund Services).
• Review private transaction docs (Stock Purchase, Credit, Subscription, Merger).
• Track covenants, restrictions, and position changes across deals.
• Coordinate events like IPOs, restricted shares cleanup, registrations, distributions.
• Review cash/position reconciliations to keep the investment books accurate.
