Core responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis supporting active restructurings and equity-owned portfolio companies, with experience in 3-statement operational modeling, liquidity analysis, and capital structure modeling. The role involves supporting performance improvement efforts for owned portfolio companies, conducting due diligence for active restructurings, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, and communicating with management teams on strategy, budgeting, and financial performance.The position also requires drafting and presenting Investment Committee memos to senior leadership and utilizing the firm proprietary software tools for company tracking.Qualified candidates should have 4+ years of consulting, credit, private equity, or investment banking experience, with advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
