Job summary

The Atlantic Group is seeking a Credit Operations Associate on a full-time contract basis in the Manhattan area. The role supports day-to-day loan operations, credit facilities, treasury activities, trade settlements, and portfolio monitoring while aiming for permanent placement based on performance.

The position offers a 4-day in-office schedule with 1 day remote, exposure to PE/private credit environments, and collaboration with agent banks, custodians, and fund administrators.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of investment operations experience.
• Experience in PE, private credit, hedge funds, CLOs, banking, or fund administration.
• Strong loan/credit facility and trade settlement experience.
• Experience working with agent banks and financial counterparties.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan operations, settlements, allocations, and reconciliations.
• Monitor fund liquidity, ABL facilities, borrowing bases, and margin calls.
• Work with agent banks, custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties.
• Support credit facility closings, amendments, and covenant monitoring.
• Coordinate cash movements, corporate actions, and derivatives activity.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, valuations, NAV close, and investor reporting.

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a leading private equity firm in the Manhattan area. They have an immediate need for a Credit Operations Associate to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Summary:

Seeking a Credit Operations Associate to support day-to-day loan operations, credit facilities, treasury, trade settlements, and portfolio monitoring.

Work Schedule:

4 days in the office, 1 day work from home
