Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Austin, TX seeks a Private Cloud Information Security Officer to lead governance, risk, and compliance for private cloud services. You will drive security program improvements, engage with client teams, and ensure audit readiness.

This senior, client-facing role reports to leadership and collaborates with security operations, cloud, and compliance teams to maintain a strong security posture across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years IT/cybersecurity/infrastructure experience; 7+ years in ISO/security leadership.
• Experience with private/hybrid cloud security and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance and compliance for private cloud platforms and workloads.
• Advise account leadership and client security stakeholders on risks and controls.
• Maintain operational security posture aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate risk assessment, remediation tracking, and security reporting.
• Support audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, metrics, and status materials.
