BDO USA, LLP, Milwaukee office seeks a Tax Experienced Senior, Private Client Services (PCS) to provide tax compliance and advisory services to high net-worth individuals, families, and executives. The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship building, and technical excellence across estate, gift, trust, and entity tax matters.

The Senior will manage engagements, supervise staff, and contribute to business development while upholding the firm's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, required; CPA preferred.
• Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred.
• 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or related field.
• Experience in private client services is preferred.
• CPA, Attorney, or EA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tax engagements and identify client needs and tax planning opportunities.
• Gather information from clients and advisors to prepare tax returns.
• Understand complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships.
• Review basic tax returns and provide feedback to staff.
• Analyze tax notices and draft initial responses.
