The ideal candidate has a decade of claims experience, strong leadership, and a track record of elevating client satisfaction. Hybrid work and travel ~20% are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of 10-year claims experience.
• Knowledge of personal lines products and services.
• Experience in a customer service environment including WFH arrangements, flexible work schedules and extended work hours preferred.
• Experience leading a team of claims professionals a plus.
• Proven ability to meet customer needs and provide exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple Claims Advocacy teams across PCS regions.
• Formulates and executes a client-first vision and operational design for Claims Advocacy.
• Coordinates with PCS Operations and EPIC Transformation teams on claims technologies.
• Interfaces with insurers to protect client interests and retain relationships.
• Contributes to client communications, webinars, and external face of MMA PCS.
• Travel approximately 20%.
