Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deepen client relationships within Private Client Services. You will analyze exposures, present market data, and tailor insurance solutions for high-net-worth clientele, focusing on renewals and proposals to boost retention.

Collaborate with carriers to secure comprehensive coverage, advise on risk management, and travel to meet clients as needed. We value service excellence and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele and P&C License.
• Strong client service orientation with balance on managing expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Renewals: create and present proposals to existing clients and conduct Annual Client Advisory reviews to keep them engaged.
• Grow business through referrals and expanding client programs; negotiate with multiple carriers for comprehensive coverage.
