Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a High Net Worth Account Manager to support a hybrid, client-facing role based across regional offices. You will educate clients, underwriters, and carrier reps; manage coverage placements, billing, and change documents; and handle transactions for assigned high-net-worth accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience with HNW clientele, an active 2-20 license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle high-net-worth clientele and key relationships with luxury carriers.
• Strong communication and client service skills are required.
• Active 2-20 insurance license is mandatory or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
• Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable.
• Resolve billing issues and service requests while ensuring timeliness and completeness of information.
• Monitor change requests and review policy documents for accuracy; follow up on delivery of change documents to clients.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Support clients with standard and complex inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services offered.
