Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency invites a Private Client Advisor to join the Client Advisory team in the United States. You will assess client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to tailor solutions for high net worth individuals, delivering proactive service and renewal proposals.

You’ll negotiate with carriers, present data-driven recommendations, and help expand client programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong client retention through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele is required.
• P&C License is required or active.
• Client service orientation with ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Dive into client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to tailor products and services.
• Present clients with market data and renewal proposals; conduct annual Client Advisory reviews.
