As our Senior Client Advisor on the Private Client Services team, you’ll dive deep into client exposures and loss experiences to understand their current coverages. Your goal is to recommend the right products and services that fit their needs perfectly. You’ll present clients with accurate market data, help them navigate complex risks with informed advice, and proactively anticipate client needs. You’ll gather information about their risk‑management needs and financial loss tolerance to propose tailored solutions. In renewals, you’ll create and present proposals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews. Your success will be measured by client retention. You’ll grow the business through referrals and expanding client programs, negotiate with multiple insurance carriers, and ensure compliance with industry laws.
