Engagement includes renewals and client advisory reviews, with a focus on retention and growth. The role requires 3+ years in personal lines insurance for High-Net-Worth clients, a P&C license, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 plus years' personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed

Responsibilities

• Assess client exposures and loss experiences to tailor coverages and recommendations.
• Present clients with accurate market data and tailored solutions.
• Renewals: create and present proposals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews.
• Grow the business through referrals and expanding client programs.
