Job summary

Based in-office, you will lead client management, develop and execute relationship plans, and be accountable for a growing book of business while delivering exceptional client experience. You will coordinate with team, identify opportunities to expand client relationships, drive strategic growth, and partner with risk and product teams to ensure value-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree required; higher education such as a Masters, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads client management activities with clients and prospective clients. Responsible for the development and execution of a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs; deliver proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
• Growth of book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition; develop and execute strategies for sourcing new relationships.
• Manages risk through appropriate client selection and aligns service with fees; collaborate with risk partners for quick resolution.
• Maintains timely sales/relationship management administration tasks and may train/mentor team members.
