Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate for the Latin America Private Bank in Houston. You will serve as the primary contact for service needs of Private Banking clients and work with advisors, product partners, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

You will maintain and deepen client relationships, ensuring flawless execution on requests, while adhering to controls and FINRA regulations. This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal Spanish communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and under pressure with tight deadlines.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to firm controls, procedures, and FINRA regulations and protect client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platforms.
