Job summary

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to work in a matrix organization under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Fluent Spanish communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests and transactions.
• Maintain controls policies and FINRA regulations; protect client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to deliver client transactions.
• Identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platforms.
