Job summary

JPMorganChase in Houston seeks a Senior Client Service Associate for the Latin America Private Bank to maintain, deepen and enrich client relationships. You serve as the primary contact for service needs of a Private Banking client, collaborating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires FINRA licenses (or eligibility), strong client service focus, MS Office proficiency, and Portuguese fluency to support Latin American clients.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or eligible to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with pressure and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• College degree or equivalent client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions (money movement, transfers, loan transactions).
• Adhere to and protect client assets in line with firm controls and FINRA regulations.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify potential opportunities for clients to engage in additional products, services, and digital platforms.
