Job summary

J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Private Bank is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to maintain, deepen and enrich client relationships.

You will be the primary contact for all service related needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver a seamless, integrated service. The role emphasizes client service, regulatory compliance and cross-team collaboration to deliver private banking solutions in a fast-paced environment for high-net-worth

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; licensure within 90 days of start date
• Fluent Spanish communication (written and verbal) required
• 3+ years in the investment management industry
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions such as money movement, security transfers and loan transactions
• Adhere to the firm’s controls, policies and FINRA regulations to protect client assets
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions
• Review and identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platform
