Job summary

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Coordinate with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver seamless service.
• Review potential opportunities to engage clients with additional products and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with firm controls and FINRA regulations.
