Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Latin America Private Bank seeks a Client Service Associate to deepen client relationships and coordinate across the Private Bank to deliver seamless service and solutions.

You will be the primary contact for service needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners and operations to ensure a cohesive experience across all Private Banking products, while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
• Fluent Portuguese communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions.
• Adhere to controls policies and FINRA regulations and protect client assets against fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
