Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Miami seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to lead client-service activities within the Latin America Private Bank. You will be the main contact for service-related needs of Private Banking clients, coordinating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires strong client-service experience, FINRA licenses (Series 7/63) or eligibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required (unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain within 90 days).
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to firm controls and FINRA regulations while protecting client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
