Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in commercial and retail lending or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ previous sales experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of loans and deposits for retention & growth including maturities, delinquencies, charge-offs, and annual reviews.
• Analyze business financials and client statements to support lending decisions.
• Sell commercial and retail bank products/services to high net worth clients and professionals with a focus on CRE and C&I loans.
• Drive deposit growth and fee income through treasury management and related products.
• Build referral networks and track sales activity in Salesforce.
