Qualifications

  • 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience.
  • Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM+ investable assets).
  • Ability to present to clients a holistic approach leveraging the Private Bank platform.
  • Strong leadership and client engagement skills with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client process management within the team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Source new clients in alignment with risk appetite.
  • Deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ needs and wealth strategy; adapt to changes.
  • Advocate for clients as trusted advisor with integrated wealth, credit, banking, and asset management recommendations.
  • Foster adoption of digital capabilities and collaborate with internal partners.
