Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage loan and deposit portfolios for retention and growth by tracking maturities, delinquencies, and renewals.
• Analyze business financials and understand income statements and balance sheets for assigned clients.
• Sell commercial and retail bank products/services to high-net-worth clients and SMEs with growth targets.
• Drive deposit growth and fee income, including credit card and treasury services.
• Advise clients on proper loan structures and terms to fit goals and bank policies.
• Maintain referral sources and track sales calls in Salesforce.
• Support community involvement to boost the bank’s visibility and opportunities.
