Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of loans and deposits while building long-term relationships and driving growth in CRE, C&I, and personal banking.

You will advise on loan structures, stay compliant, and collaborate with sales to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in commercial and retail lending.
• Minimum of 5 years’ previous sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• NMLS registration may be required*

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of loans and deposits for retention and growth, including maturities and credit reviews.
• Manage commercial banking relationships with a deep understanding of client income statements and balance sheets.
• Sell commercial and retail bank products and services to high-net-worth clients, driving CRE, C&I and retail loan growth.
• Sell Retail and Treasury Management deposit products to generate deposits and fee income.
• Advise clients on loan structures and terms that meet both client goals and bank risk tolerance.
• Maintain referral sources and document sales activity in Salesforce.
• Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
