Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead privacy and trust programs across product, engineering, legal, security, operations, and commercial teams. You will drive cross-functional execution to support privacy compliance, DSAR workflows, data retention, access, deletion, and vendor privacy obligations.

This role translates legal requirements into practical operating models, technical specs, and durable business processes across the company’s global platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, privacy operations, security program management, or related roles.
• Experience building or operating privacy programs, DSAR workflows, and data governance systems.
• Strong understanding of privacy concepts, data mapping, retention, and deletion.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer rights requests and DSAR workflows.
• Coordinate privacy requirements with Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Data, and Support teams.
• Maintain data mapping inventories, flows, and documentation across platforms.
• Operationalize policies across services, partners, and jurisdictions.
• Drive privacy and data management architecture initiatives as products evolve.
• Support privacy risk assessments for new products and integrations.
