Alteryx seeks a Senior Counsel, Privacy & Security to lead complex customer and vendor negotiations and provide strategic legal advice on privacy, data protection, information security, and AI matters. Qualifications

• Licensed US attorney with Bar admission in good standing.
• 7+ years in-house experience in tech/privacy.
• Experience negotiating privacy, data protection, and security terms in enterprise software.
• Knowledge of GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on privacy, data protection, information security, AI, HIPAA terms.
• Draft practical positions to address legal risk and enable deal closure.
• Develop and maintain customer/vendor agreements, addenda, and privacy/security materials.
• Explain complex legal concepts clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Translate regulatory changes into repeatable processes for the organization.
