Qualifications

• J.D. degree with U.S. state bar admission in good standing.
• 8+ years in-house experience in privacy, cybersecurity and data protection.
• Experience with healthcare technology/privacy preferred.
• CIPP/US or AIGP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal counsel on cybersecurity, data protection, and AI matters to product and engineering teams.
• Oversee regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ERISA, ACA) and privacy program governance.
• Negotiate commercial terms related to data security and AI risk management.
