Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with enterprise privacy expertise.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. privacy, cybersecurity laws and HIPAA.
• Experience reviewing data processing and business associate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on privacy issues and data protection.
• Review and negotiate data privacy agreements and DPIAs.
• Guide incident response and data breach reporting processes.
