Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced strategy practitioner to join the Print Strategy & Planning team, reporting to the Senior Director. The role sits within HP’s Global Strategy organization, shaping the strategic direction of Office Print and guiding growth through product and portfolio decisions, partnerships, and potential M&A.

We prize analytical rigor, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and strong executive communication as you influence senior leaders across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Degree concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction for the Office Print business through market and technology insights.
• Develop and recommend business-unit strategies for 1–5 year horizons.
• Identify and drive strategic initiatives with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Structure analyses and synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders on growth, portfolio, and investments.
• Drive product/portfolio roadmaps, go-to-market models, partnerships, and M&A.
• Lead cross-functional teams across geographies to build alignment and execution.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans within HP's global matrix.
