Job summary

HP Inc. seeks a Strategic Segment Product Planner for Home Printing to own multi-year roadmaps, translate VoC insights into strategy, and identify whitespace opportunities across hardware, software, and ink/toner services.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, champion the Home User experience, and influence senior leadership with data-driven analyses to secure market leadership and deliver superior platform value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or strategic planning within a technology industry.
• MBA is highly preferred to align with strategic leadership requirements.
• College degree in Marketing, Business, or a Technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap rationalization and multi-year strategic planning for Home Printing.
• Lead cross-functional projects to deliver integrated hardware, software, and service solutions.
• Champion the Home User through VoC research to identify key features and reduce setup friction.
• Shape strategy for software and subscription offerings like HP Smart App and HP+.
• Analyze market data to identify gaps and high-growth opportunities for the portfolio.
• Report strategic direction to senior management in a matrixed organization.
