The role will shape the strategic direction of the Office Print business, ensuring it remains competitive and positioned for long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic direction of the Office Print business through analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry disruptions. Develop and recommend business‑unit strategies, defining where to play, how to win, and the strategic choices required to drive sustainable growth over the next 1–5 years. Structure and execute rigorous, hypothesis‑driven analyses, synthesizing insights into clear, data‑backed recommendations for senior executives. Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leaders on topics including growth strategy, portfolio management, competitive positioning, investment priorities, risk management, and new business opportunities. Drive strategic choices across product and portfolio roadmaps, go‑to‑market models, partnerships, acquisitions, and adjacent growth opportunities. Lead large, cross‑functional teams across businesses, functions, and geographies to build alignment, influence decision‑making, and ensure successful execution. Partner effectively across HP’s global matrix organization to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results at scale. • 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or related strategic roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving business impact.
• Prior experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills
