Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior UX leader to drive end-to-end strategy, design, and development across complex enterprise platforms from New Jersey. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

You will conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, and ensure accessibility, responsive design, and consistent branding

Qualifications

• 9 to 12 years of overall experience in User Experience (UX) Design and Development.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience in both UX Design and UX Development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of UX‑led projects across multiple domains.
• Expertise in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, design systems, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design practices.
• Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs while designing solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy, design, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, workshops, persona creation, journey mapping, and usability assessments to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure adherence to UX best practices, accessibility standards, branding guidelines, and responsive design principles.
• Work closely with front-end development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs and consistent user experiences across platforms.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on UX methodologies, tools, and standards.
