Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Principal UX/Product Designer to define the overarching user experience vision across complex product ecosystems and connect disparate product lines for a seamless end-to-end journey.

You will architect scalable design systems and drive the highest standards of design quality, while mentoring senior designers and partnering with C-suite stakeholders to translate insights into business value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or HCI.
• Proven track record operating at Principal, Senior Principal, or Distinguished level.
• World-class portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, mastery of craft, and enterprise-scale problem solving.
• Exceptional ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear design directives.
