Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics seeks a Sr Principal Product Trainer to lead the Training & Training Systems discipline within the Product Support CoTE. The role can be filled in Melbourne, FL or El Segundo, CA onsite and requires deep technical knowledge in Training Systems and experience with Independent Reviews and proposal support.

You will own processes, tools, and training for the Training discipline, align with sector strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with program leads to address

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of military and/or professional leadership experience OR Master's Degree with 6 years of experience OR PhD with 4 years of experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance in-scope and eligibility for TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training discipline strategy within PS CoTE to elevate technical excellence.
• Own and improve discipline processes, manuals, and tools across programs.
• Develop training framework and content; measure training effectiveness with execution teams.
• Collaborate with SI&Os to fund and implement training initiatives and onboarding frameworks.
• Represent Training discipline in sector-wide technical development efforts and reviews.
