Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics is seeking a Sr Principal Product Trainer to lead the Training & Training Systems discipline within the Product Support CoTE. The role acts as the focal point for training strategy, tools, and processes, uniting programs, engineers, and experts to ensure a cohesive approach across all sector programs.

The position requires deep technical knowledge in Training Systems and successful management of the PS CoTE Training discipline.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required and eligibility for TS/SCI
• Minimum 6 years of Training leadership/management experience in an integrated product team
• Experience with DoD logistics/sustainment and military aircraft programs

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development, training, and mentoring; drive performance and salary review processes
• Define strategic vision for Training discipline aligned to sector strategy
• Collaborate with program leads to identify critical skill needs and gaps in tools, processes, and training
• Own and maintain discipline processes and manuals for technical excellence and compliance
• Oversee development, deployment and sustainment of discipline tools and training materials
• Represent Training in sector-wide technical development and improvement initiatives
